We offer general design, engineering and consultancy services in the field of civil and industrial architecture, with industrial projects having a majority share in the portfolio of works executed so far.

Our company was founded in 2014 and has been active in the industrial design field since its foundation, being on a continuous positive evolution ever since.

The general design, architecture, fire safety and coordination of specialties are carried out in-house, and the MEP & HVAC,  structural, civil works, etc. specialties are designed together with our partners, separate legal entities, but with whom close professional and commercial partnerships have been formed over time.

With regard to industrial projects, we have so far developed projects with an industrial specific totaling over 2,000,000m² of built area, of which approximately 30% are represented by highly complex projects with mainly production functionality.

We briefly mention complex projects such as warehouses for dangerous goods; warehouses for sensitive documents and archives; warehouses with strictly controlled temperature and humidity; warehouses for frozen goods; food-safe warehouses; premises for production in the food industry; automotive; plastic injection molding and processing; plastic recycling; paper and cardboard production and processing; textile production; furniture production and wood processing; clean room production facilities, etc.

We are familiar with most project types in the industrial field, whether they are light or complex production, storage and/or logistic projects and we are up-to-date with current specific technologies present on the Romanian and international markets.

We are accustomed with the current storage techniques used in large-scale logistics projects such as cross-docking; picking; ground level storage in stacks or in bulk; palletized ground storage; palletized storage on racking; complex racking systems such as gravity racking, narrow-aisle or VNA racking, automated storage systems such as radio-shuttle or picking robots, etc.
